Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Overview

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International. Fulfill merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and more.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and meet defined physical activities, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes moving products from stock rooms to store floor and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location:
  Haverhill, MA
• Schedule availability varies during the week; 1 weekend day required.
