Auto Fair Subaru is seeking a Service BDC Manager to lead a high‑energy team that delivers exceptional customer service and drives profitable service appointments. • Assist all customers who need vehicle service
• Set all service appointments and follow up with customers who have not serviced in some time
• Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
• Develop, motivate, coach, and lead the team to success with positive reinforcement
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Answer customer calls and establish follow‑up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs

• At least one previous role based in business development
• Dealership experience required
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

• Strong computer skills

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
