Lead Epoxy Flooring Installer

Epoxy & Polished Concrete

• Pay: $35 $ 45 per hour (based on experience)

• Ideal Locations: Haverhill, MA Worcester, MA Waltham, MA

• Prepare concrete surfaces using grinders and other equipment

• Install epoxy flooring systems and polished concrete finishes

• Apply coatings and finishes to meet quality standards

• Operate tools and equipment safely

• Work with Foreman/Field Manager and flooring crew

• Complete jobs on time with high-quality results

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial flooring experience required

• OSHA 10 certification

• Experience with urethane and mortar systems

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Professional communication on job sites

• Comfortable with basic math (square footage, ratios, unit conversions)

• Reliable transportation, drivers license, and smartphone

• Ability to wear PPE and follow all safety policies

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to Pass a Background Check for facilities we are in
