We’re hiring a Commercial Roofing Technician to handle installation and service tasks in Southern NH and Massachusetts. Join the IRC team and exceed customer expectations with your work ethic, expertise, and communication skills.

• Report to the Foreman.
• Provide roofing service and support.
• Respond to customers professionally and promptly.
• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Follow all safety procedures.

• Competitive Pay: $24–30 per hour

• Experience in commercial roofing. (Required)
• Valid Drivers License. (Required)
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• Strong listening skills to effectively communicate with coworkers and clients.
• Results‑oriented, with a focus on organization, detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and safely move equipment on‑site.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and working confidently at heights.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
