We are seeking a motivated and hard‑working individual to fill the role of Roofing Foreman. This teammate will manage a crew of 5–10 and deliver quality solutions to our customers. • Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of various roof systems.
• Work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Oversee a crew of 5–10.
• Maintain truck and equipment.

• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience across various systems.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate a crew.
• Effective listening skills to communicate with coworkers and clients.
• A valid driver’s license.
