We are seeking a growth-minded Optometrist to join our renown team of 3 MDs and 5 ODs at Seidenberg & Protzko Eye Associates
. We have 5 state-of-the-art offices throughout Maryland (Bel Air, Chestertown, Elkton, Havre de Grace, Aberdeen). Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care. This position is in our Havre de Grace office!

• Minimum Base Salary of $180,000 per year
• A $5,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus
• Lucrative quarterly Productivity Bonuses with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections and very attractive credited revenue for post-op co-management and LDD for LAL patients.
• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th %ile compensation
• Paid CME, PTO, malpractice coverage, and outstanding benefits package including health, vision, dental, life, and a 401(k).
