Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, rotating every 2 weeks)

• Week 1: 48 hours
• Week 2: 36 hours

• Operate packaging equipment (bag/FIBC fillers, stretch wrappers, hammer mills, deaeration, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Follow site ESHQ procedures, cGMP standards, and SOPs.
• Perform field quality tests and record results in the SPC program.
• Conduct equipment maintenance, changeovers, setup, and basic troubleshooting.
• Submit accurate work orders for equipment failures requiring maintenance.
• Clean and purge packaging equipment.
• Document packaging and cleaning activities in worksheets and logbooks.
• Transfer finished goods within SAP Inventory Management System.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Monitor and communicate line performance (OEE) to supervisors and engineers.
• Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude.
• Share knowledge with team members for training and development purposes.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and dependability.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, work independently, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to change.
• Experience with pumps, valves, motors, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Ability to work in environments with heat, cold, dust, and other discomforts.
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently (up to 50 bags per hour) and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting for 12-hour shifts.
• Frequent climbing of stairs/ladders and mounting/dismounting forklifts.
• Must wear required PPE (safety shoes, face masks, glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, gloves, and respirator as required).
• Work closely with site teams (Safety, Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Engineering).
• Partner with site leadership to support operations, provide feedback, and carry out instructions.
• Receive guidance from Production Manager, Production Supervisor, and Technical leads.
