• Salary: $48,000.00 - $63,500.00 per year
Reports to:
Area Coach
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance to ensure smooth store operations.
- Ensure employees provide exceptional service, prepare and package food with care, and engage with guests, coworkers, and managers respectfully and proactively.
- Work hands-on as needed, partner with the above-store team to execute the business plan, and lead by example to develop talent.
- Optimize operational efficiency and profitability while enhancing the guest experience and driving business growth.
- Supervise and train restaurant-level employees, ensuring brand standards and labor law compliance.
- Manage staffing levels, recruit talent, and develop internal candidates for management positions.
- Treat employees with respect, recognize contributions, and hold them accountable for service and food quality.
- Maintain brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to food safety requirements.
- Analyze operational and financial performance, identify trends, and implement action plans for long-term sales growth.
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed and monitor adherence to budget goals.
- Plan and execute shift operations efficiently with emphasis on cost control and teamwork.
- Coordinate restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and administrative duties.
- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and guest recovery.
- Understand the impact of job responsibilities on Guests, Team, and Restaurant Operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
- English communication required;
Spanish comprehension helpful. Must have reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills. - Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or General Manager in a customer service environment with P&L experience.
- Strong leadership, ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion; ability to loop in the right stakeholders for support when needed.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage performance metrics, product specifications, and management systems.
- Proficiency in all aspects of food preparation, production, and delivery; knowledge of key food handling/food safety procedures.
- Positive attitude focused on serving others; respect and care for team members and guests.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and coachable; willing to admit mistakes and take responsibility.
- Reliable attendance and transportation to work and company events/meetings.
- Ability to work a variety of days/times including weekends, evenings, and holidays; minimum of 50 hours per week.
- Physical requirements:
