Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Havre de Grace, MD, for a Heating & Air Conditioning Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential settings. Daily tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing high-quality customer service to meet client needs. Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace and complete all necessary service documentation accurately.

Qualifications
  • Capability to perform Maintenance & Repair and handle Preventive Maintenance for various HVAC systems with demonstrated expertise.
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills for accurately diagnosing and resolving HVAC-related issues.
  • Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, delivering polite, clear, and professional service in every interaction.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, including EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.
  • Previous experience in the HVAC industry and strong knowledge of system operations, with a preference for candidates holding additional technical training or certifications.
