What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and optimize system performance

Deliver 5-star customer service with clear explanations and recommendations

Document work thoroughly and uphold safety and quality standards

Choose Your Schedule Flexible scheduling options: multiple shifts, flexible days, and 4x10s available

Earning Potential & Rewards Up to $45/hour base pay, plus a bonus plan on top of base payOur HVAC Service experts can earn up to $50+/hr, with additional bonuses and incentives

Top candidates may qualify for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000

What You Bring Proven experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician Relevant licenses and certifications; HVAC Journeyman's License required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
