Évaluez la santé des résidents et établissez leurs plans de soins infirmiers à Havre-St-Pierre, en rotation jour, soir et nuit.
La Maison des aînés et alternative de Havre-St-Pierre recherche un infirmier pour un contrat temporaire à temps complet. Vous administrerez les médicaments, assurerez le suivi clinique, collaborerez avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire et soutiendrez l’équipe de soins. Le mandat se déroule du 20 novembre 2026 au 31 mars 2027.
Responsabilités principales :- Évaluer l’état de santé des résidents
- Déterminer les plans de soins infirmiers
- Administrer médicaments et traitements prescrits
- Suivre rigoureusement les dossiers cliniques
- Encadrer infirmières auxiliaires et préposés
- Être membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- Effectuer deux jours d’orientation avant le mandat
- Être disponible de jour, soir et nuit
- Travailler les fins de semaine au besoin
- Être disponible dès le 20 novembre 2026
