Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose a wide range of eye diseases and conditions
Conduct surgical procedures including cataract extraction, glaucoma management, and laser treatments
Prescribe corrective lenses and pharmaceutical treatments
Educate patients on preventive eye care and post-treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team Support community outreach initiatives for eye health awareness
Qualifications:
MD or DO with a completed residency in Ophthalmology Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology Unrestricted medical license in Montana or ability to obtain
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for serving rural and underserved populations
Comfortable working independently and within a team
