• Provide excellent customer service and build wardrobes by helping customers with styling and fit.
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation while focusing on customer needs to achieve sales goals.
• Cash wrap/cashier duties using store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a customer-focused approach.
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up.

• Provide product knowledge and style advice to ensure customer satisfaction
• Operate cash registers and store technology to support in-store and online priorities
• Maintain store standards and customer focus
• Assist with product flow, shipping and receiving, and omni channel fulfilment

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to achieve
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
