What you will be doing :You’ll be responsible for upkeep of all property records and the overall appearance of the warehouse, Ensure that a good supply of usable stock is being maintained for all departments, assists with property control functions and records retention in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential Functions :Fill all internal requisitions for all Hawaii Job Corps sites.
Verify received merchandise against purchase documents notating correctness and discrepancies on the receiving document.
As scheduled, travel to vendor locations to retrieve purchased materials.
Assist in the maintenance of usage records and locator systems; coordinate processing documents into the material control system.
Make complete check periodically to ensure all government property is properly tagged with government identification tags or stickers.
Assis finance staff during student pay lines.
Education and Experience Requirements :High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of warehouse or property experience is preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
