As a Group Leader, you’re the go‑to grownup during after‑school hours—leading games, supporting learning, and creating a safe, positive space where kids can be kids. You’ll work as part of a supportive team that believes in fun, growth, and showing up for our community.

Location:
- Waimea Elementary After School Program
- Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM
- Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM
- Hours and days will vary for substitute positions
- Flexible weekday schedule that fits perfectly with school or other commitments
- Up to $1,000 per semester in tuition assistance
- Full‑time benefits for part‑time hours: paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) with 6% company match
- Paid training—no experience needed
- Childcare discounts: 50% to start, increasing to 75% after one year
