, you’ll build meaningful connections by supporting a keiki one-on-one to help them feel included, confident, and fully engaged in our after-school program

Part-Time | Kalaheo | $18–$21/hour | Full-Time Benefits for Part-Timers

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individualized support that helps a child engage, grow, and thrive alongside peers.

  • Build trust and encourage independence in a safe, joyful environment.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday | Approx. 1:45 PM–5:30 PM

  • Wednesdays: Early release → start at 12:30 PM

  • No weekends, no nights, and no take-home prep.

Who You Are

  • You genuinely enjoy helping children feel included and successful
    .

  • You bring patience, positivity, and a calm, caring presence
    .

  • Experience as an RBT, SPED aide, or paraprofessional is a plus — but eagerness to learn is everything
    .

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and a genuine love for working with keiki
    .
