Located on the sun‑drenched Kohala Coast, Mauna Lani is a luxury resort on sacred land in Hawaii. The property offers contemporary guest rooms, suites, private bungalows, oceanfront dining, three distinct pools, a signature spa, and a suite of sports and wellness programs.

Remote Reservations Sales Associate

As a remote reservations sales associate, you will provide a customized, high‑quality reservation experience for Mauna Lani guests. You will operate the reservations lead management system, adhere to Auberge Collection call‑quality standards, and support revenue‑management strategies.

Base salary: $20.00 – $22.06 hourly.

• Upsell promotions, outbound revenue, and cross‑sell amenities.
• Accurately input guest contact information and maintain detailed guest history, including preferences and special occasions.
• Respond to reservation inquiries, availability questions, pricing, and special offers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of resort facilities, rates, spa treatments, on‑site events, and local attractions.
• Assist in resolving guest challenges in collaboration with other departments to exceed expectations.
• Accurately process billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests.

• Must reside in U.S. mainland.
• Minimum two years of hospitality or reservations experience, preferably at a luxury resort.
• Experience with Opera reservation system (one year required).
• Proficiency in Google and Navis software (preferred).
• Excellent phone manner, sales skills, and ability to communicate professionally via business correspondence.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with co‑workers and other departments.
• Proficiency with reservation lead management tools and revenue‑management tactics.
