Position: Bank Teller & Customer Service Representative

Location: Makawao,HI

Pay: $20 to $23.50/hour (Depending on experience)

Experience: 1 year or more of customer service experience and cash handling required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Bank Teller & Customer Service Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Position Requirements :

Process cash and financial transactions accurately and efficiently

Educate customers on banking products and services and recommend solutions that fit their needs

Maintain accurate records and transaction documentation

Handle confidential information and customer transactions with sound judgment and discretion

Deliver friendly, professional service to a diverse customer base

What You Bring

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Cash handling experience and comfort with point-of-sale or banking systems

A sharp eye for detail

Customer service or sales experience; banking product knowledge is a plus

A positive, team-oriented attitude
