- Support Staff: 1 APP, 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 1 Office Staff
- Procedures/Duties:
- Hematology Onco:
Chemo administration & Treatment of Anemias, Lymphomas, Bleeding disorders & Carcinomas - Medical Onco: CNS, Chest, Skeletal neoplasm & Head/neck neoplasms - Breast tumors, Gynecological, Other (misc. cd's) - EMR: EPIC (Care Link)
- Temporary Privileges available:
Yes - Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Active HI License or IMLC
- BC
- DEA/CSR
- NPDB Report
