Shift: Flexible shifts with hours between 7am-5pm (must work 1 weekend day)

Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to verbally communicate with guests professionally at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Serve as traffic controller to direct guests to available parking spaces.
- Perform vehicle counts on location throughout shift to ensure the garage does not over‑fill.
- Conduct daily patrols and issue warnings to visitors violating parking rules.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed and provide assistance to guests who have forgotten where they parked.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed.
- Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns; relay information to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead as necessary.
- Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
- Maintain professional communication at all times with guests, client, and teammates.
