Located on the southeastern coast of Lanai, Four Seasons Resort Lanai is an oceanfront destination offering a curated, personalized island experience. The resort features outdoor dining, a kids’ club, Tennis Garden, cultural programming, spa, luxury boutiques, and an award-winning golf course with ocean views. Island activities include sunset sails, whale watches, horseback riding, and more.

The Four Seasons Resort Lanai is looking for a Massage Therapist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This role requires a deep understanding of various massage techniques, a guest-focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a professional, serene environment. Work authorization is required.

• Deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments to guests in a luxurious and rejuvenating environment.
• Consult with guests to understand needs, health concerns, and preferences; tailor treatments accordingly.
• Educate guests about treatment benefits and recommend personalized spa programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment room in line with Four Seasons’ standards.
• Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and restocking of products; uphold a tranquil and professional spa atmosphere.
• Handle guest interactions with warmth, professionalism, and discretion; promote spa services and wellness programs.
• Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations through attentive service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless spa operations; participate in training and stay updated on protocols.
• Comply with health, safety, and operational standards to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.

• Legal work authorization in United States
• Hawaii Department of Health TB clearance card (or as required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs; push/pull as needed
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Hawaii State License as a Massage Therapist
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa environment performing massage
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
• Passion for health, wellness, and creating transformative guest experiences

• Hourly rate: $14.70
