Requires:

• Two (2) or more years of full-time staff experience as a Rad Tech an acute care facility prior to any travel assignments required

• Intraoperative and C-Arm experience required

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program

• Current Hawaii state license as a Radiologic Technologist required

• Current BLS/HCP required

Notes:

• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract

• Requested Time Off (RTO) during the initial contract is limited to a maximum of 7 days, Wednesday through Wednesday.

• Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date.

• Travel may be floated to an area of equal or lesser acuity based on operational needs

Description:

A. EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program;
Bachelors degree preferred

• Current Hawaii state license as a Radiologic Technologist required

• Current BLS/HCP required

• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract

B. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Two (2) or more years of full-time staff experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an acute care facility prior to any travel assignments required

• Intraoperative and C-Arm experience required

• Experience in comparable size/type medical center(s) (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly preferred

C. OTHER

• Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date. Failure to meet this requirement will delay the start while the end date remains fixed, resulting in a shortened contract

• Travelers will be required to float to other areas within skillset based upon operational needs

Pro Link Allied Job  #D-219651. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
