Step Ahead ABA is seeking an RBT to join our Hawaii team, delivering 97153 direct therapy in-home for children across Waianae. The schedule is Mon–Fri mornings, with supervision included and hours built around your availability.
A BCBA is assigned to each case, and you’ll participate in data collection, note submission, and ongoing coaching. We offer flexible hours, for growth, and a Capella University partnership with discounted tuition and degree support.
