The Queen's Health Systems is seeking a Home Health Aide to assist patients in their homes under supervision of licensed clinicians, following individualized care plans. You will support basic activities of daily living, monitor patients, and coordinate with nurses and therapists to deliver quality care.
The role requires a valid Hawaii driver’s license, Certificate of Nurse Aide Training, and current BLS certification, with frequent travel to patient homes in the community.
