Front Office Supervisor, Ho'olei Villas – Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui – Grand Wailea – is a Forbes 4‑Star, AAA 4‑Diamond property located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens. With 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food‑and‑beverage outlets, it is consistently ranked among the world’s best resorts.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Classification:
    Full‑Time
  • Shift: Various – must be available weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
  • Hourly rate: $30.00 per hour (based on experience and location).
Responsibilities
  • Assign work and supervise team performance in all Front Office procedures, including guest check‑in and check‑out, lobby traffic and flow, luggage assistance, telephone operator services, and determining room rates and availability.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues and complaints in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and resolving complaints.
  • Schedule, assign daily work, lead pre‑shift meetings, inform and train team members.
  • Monitor, observe, and evaluate team member performance.
  • Monitor lobby traffic and adjust staffing accordingly.
