The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assist and oversee food and beverage outlets and may also include recreation areas on the resort's pool deck. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, and training; ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager must have strong leadership and communication skills, be able to build positive connections with colleagues and teams, have strong analytical skills, and have food and beverage cost control experience (helpful).

Salary range: $66,100 - $95,700.
