The Bamford Spa is a key element of our guest experience, and we are committed to maintaining a pristine, luxury environment. We’re looking for an outgoing, inspiring Spa Receptionist who is proud of maintaining a beautiful space and delivering a luxury experience to be remembered by guests.
Responsibilities- Make the first impression with each spa guest.
- Assist guests in booking treatments and selecting products that match their needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the spa reception area.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team player, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
