The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Executive Chef in providing exceptional food quality and presentation.

• Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
• Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
• Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
• Provide training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff

• 2+ years of culinary or kitchen experience
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

About you...Passionate about culinary arts and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excels at communication, both verbal and written. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

$85,000-$95,000 annually + incentive bonus
