Job Description
The base salary for this position is $24.65 hourly.
ResponsibilitiesThe Bell Clerk is the master coordinator of the front drive. As an ambassador of Mauna Lani, he or she leaves the first and last impression upon our guests during their stay. The Bell Clerk's primary role is to coordinate guest requests for bell service using our internal computer portal, maintain valet keys, and give direction and offer support to our guests.
Qualifications- Outgoing, friendly, warm and helpful personality.
- High energy and thoughtful communication skills.
- Computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of the Big Island and eagerness to create lasting memories for guests.
