Ka’anaKitchen
“Ka’ana Kitchen” is the premier restaurant in Wailea in a second‑to‑none location. Featuring dishes using the freshest local ingredients and prepared in a kiawe wood‑burning oven, the menu direction is dictated by what is fresh and in season. This full‑service restaurant caters to resort guests and local patrons every day for breakfast and dinner.
Buffet Attendant ResponsibilitiesThe Buffet Attendant will upkeep the quality of the breakfast experience in Ka’ana Kitchen to ensure the buffet area is clean, including flatware and plates, and wipe the areas clean of spills and spatters. The Buffet Attendant will also ensure that hot food is topped off in a timely manner to avoid shortage of foods, and will engage with guests ready and prepared to discuss food options and answer questions.
