The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join the Housekeeping team.

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4‑Star, AAA 4‑Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms and extensive banquet space.

What will I be doing?
  • Manage daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and service standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms.
  • Ensure rooms are clean and available to guests in a timely manner.
  • Oversee systems use, cost controls, budgeting and forecasting, policy implementation and enforcement, and department management.
  • Assist in monitoring and developing team member performance, supervising, counseling, evaluating, and recognizing staff.
  • Conduct room inspections and maintain quality audits.
  • Recruit, interview, and train housekeeping staff.
