Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort is hiring a Front Desk / Guest Services agent to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and share information about local attractions and hotel amenities. You will escort guests to rooms and help coordinate transportation to ensure a memorable stay.
Minimum one year in guest services or bell experience, fluency in English, and strong communication skills with guests and colleagues are required. This is an on-site, full-time role in Kauai.
