Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Job Overview

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our campus in Madison, WI. This position requires relocation to the area, and we provide financial relocation assistance.

You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.

• Assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.
• Deliver strong oral arguments and settlement negotiations.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Strong academic and professional background.

• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
