Office & Operations Manager

Position: Office & Operations Manager

Location: Haiku, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $70,000/year

Experience: 3+ years in office management, operations, and customer service (small business a plus).

Type: Full-time;
Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Note: Candidates must be residing on the island to be considered.

Job Description
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Support payroll processing and coordination with tax/payroll providers.
  • Maintain accurate records, vendor files, and documentation.
  • Produce regular reporting (P&L, balance sheet support, cash flow visibility).
  • Coordinate purchasing, vendor communications, and follow‑ups.
  • Track inventory and keep supply needs visible.
  • Support international shipping/logistics (paperwork coordination, timelines, tracking).
  • Keep the office running smoothly (systems, calendars, priorities, follow-through).
  • Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and operational planning.
  • Help improve SOPs/checklists so work is repeatable and resilient.
  • Escalate and resolve problems with clear communication and good judgment.
Position Requirements
  • Experience with Account Edge or other accounting software.
  • Inventory coordination, purchasing, and vendor management are a plus!
  • International shipping/logistics or customs documentation experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a production, publishing, or e-commerce business.
  • Strong competency with numbers, accuracy, and financial workflows.
  • Excellent organization, follow‑up, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities without constant direction.
