The expected pay range for a General Manager for our Hale Plus Division in Keaau, Hawaii is $105,700 to $158,500 per year plus bonus. The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location, job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.
HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time General Manager with our Hale Plus Division to be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and financial performance of the Hale Plus business line. This role develops and executes product, vendor, sales, and business development strategies while providing program-level oversight of project execution through the Hale Plus leadership team.
The Hale Plus General Manager is accountable for achieving Hale Plus growth, quality, customer experience, and profitability objectives.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction, modular building, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Previous leadership and people management experience required
- Previous experience leading business operations, including financial performance and budgeting
- Construction-related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and relevant experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Medical (including prescription drug, vision and chiropractor/massage/acupuncture or Health Reimbursement Account ($2,400 a year)
