• Coordinate the daily operations and patient flow of all Urgent Care Centers (UCC).
• Evaluate and coordinate staffing needs; maintain adequate levels of patient care supplies to support clinical, service, fiscal, and employee excellence.
• Collaborate with all Urgent Care Supervisors to achieve UCC goals.
• Serve as administrative leadership for UCC charge nurses and Plaza managers to resolve issues (staffing, employee, patient and physician concerns).
• Communicate issues and resolutions with UCC leadership in a timely manner.
• Work with other departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and functioning center (security, cleaning, biomedical engineering, property management).

Estimated salary range for this position is $91,624.00 - $ per year, depending on experience.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree; BSN preferred.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Registered Nurse;
  Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required.
