LPN: Community Health Clinic Nurse; Outpatient

Molokai Community Health Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our outpatient primary care team on Molokai. The LPN provides direct nursing care, supports clinicians, and helps improve patient safety and care quality in a culturally respectful setting.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited LPN program credential and an active Hawaii license, with BLS certification or willingness to obtain. Outpatient clinic experience and a commitment to patient-centered care are preferred.
