• Assist customers to continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care or in‑store.
• Explore customer needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
• Help customers find personalized device and service solutions that extend beyond the basic plan—including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through the purchase process by asking thoughtful questions, offering informative answers, and sharing expertise.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage performance, plan benefits, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small‑business leads.
• Build strong peer relationships and maintain a positive, customer‑first attitude.

• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocacy skills.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and store leaders.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old, high school diploma or GED, able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
