The RoleReport to the Associate Director of Sales and work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations. Drive a sales strategy for Kasa’s portfolio in a defined area, targeting leisure travel, corporate preferred, groups, and other market segments. Lead prospecting of group and preferred corporate leads and play a key role in shaping how travelers view flexible accommodations.

- Relationship‑Centric: Build relationships, maintain clear communication, diligence, and trust with peers, managers, and clients.
- 3–5+ years in hotel group sales, corporate accounts, or extended‑stay property sales.
- Background building, maintaining, and growing key client relationships, especially with community‑based organizations.
- Leverage local market connections for SMERF business opportunities.
- Oversee multiple hotels or geographic regions with clear territory sales strategies.
- Proficient in hotel CRM systems for pipeline and client management.
- Analyze travel trends, competitor rates, and demand generators to adjust sales tactics.
- Negotiate group rates, long‑term stay agreements, and corporate preferred contracts.
- Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through targeted sales efforts.
- Present hotel services to corporate clients and travel managers.
- You have experience working at a tech startup.
- Achieved or exceeded sales targets in room bookings, group sales, and corporate contracts.
- Secured repeat business from corporate accounts, travel agencies, and groups.
