As a Security Officer - Cruise Terminal Entry in Kaunakakai, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as cruise operations. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security‑related incidents, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Your presence will promote a secure atmosphere while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Being part‑time, you can build a schedule that works for you.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age: at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Background check may be conducted consistently with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
  
  Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required only for driving positions.
