Pay range: $19.25–$25.45 per hour (varies by location, skills, experience, education, and other factors).

Location: Non‑remote; based in Hawaii. Eligible candidates must reside on Maui, Oahu, or the Big Island (Honolulu, Puunene (Central Maui), or Keaau).

Role summary: Full‑time Technical Associate supporting the sales team with order processing, customer inquiries, database maintenance, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices. Provides technical support during installation and servicing of security system technologies—video surveillance, alarms, sensors, access control systems—and supports internal operational processes within this business line.

• Process sales orders and answer customer inquiries.
• Update and maintain customer databases.
• Ensure order and invoice accuracy.
• Provide installation and servicing support for security system technologies, including video surveillance, alarms, sensors, and access control systems.
• Support internal operational processes related to security technology.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proven experience installing and maintaining security systems, including video surveillance, alarm panels, access control systems, sensors, and related technologies; preferably in a similar role.
• Experience in basic networking (Ethernet cable installation, Layer‑1/2/3 networking, switch installation/repair, PoE devices, DHCP, IP, firewalls, VLANs, ACLs).
• Related technical certifications are preferred but not required.
• Employment contingent upon successful background screening and drug test, per applicable law.
