Job Title: Experienced Apprentice Carpenters
Location: Mauna Lani Resort, Kohala Coast, Big Island, Hawai'i
Project Duration: 20 months (Starting mid-January 2026)

We are seeking experienced apprentice carpenters to join our team for a long-term residential project within the Mauna Lani Resort community. Work will be performed in occupied homes
, so professionalism, cleanliness, and strong communication are essential.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on carpentry experience
• Skilled in exterior siding, trim, hold‑down installation, shear plywood, basic framing, and related tasks
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work efficiently within a team
• Safety‑conscious, reliable, responsible, and able to maintain a clean work area
• Previous experience working in occupied homes
• Must be punctual and able to keep up with project schedules
• Own basic carpentry tools

• Full‑time role on a 20‑month project
• Work inside and around occupied residences
