As an Orkin Pro, you’ll deliver on the promise of a safe place to live, work, and play, behind pest control’s best‑known brand. You’ll provide the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated service route, using in‑depth training to diagnose and treat pest problems professionally and safely.

• Complete our award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Act as a problem solver, listening to and understanding customer needs and recommending the most efficient solutions.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device provided for speed and accuracy.

• No experience required – we’ll train you.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Capacity to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers in businesses and/or homes.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Work in various weather conditions.
