Laborer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Labor & Trades

Pacific Mirror and Glass is looking for a Construction Laborer/Installer to join our growing team! You will train alongside experienced installers on residential and commercial projects, learning the glazing trade and the  PMG  way.

• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Enjoy physical labor and have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly

• We are a locally owned glass installation company serving the whole island of Kauai

• We work on residential homes, commercial projects, business, and hotels

• We have 50+ combined years of experience and are known across the island for customer service and quality. We work hard to uphold our outstanding reputation!

• Assist a Lead Glazier with measurements and installations on various projects across the island

• Learn to measure, cut, and install glass in our fabrication shop.

• Install showers, mirrors, replace window/door glass, and more.

• Use hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.

• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized.

• Communicate clearly with teammates and project leads.

• If you have experience, we'll train you to work independently within 6 to 12 months.

• $25-$28/hour: Entry-level candidates

• $29-$32/hour: Candidates with 1-2+ years relevant construction or installation experience

• $33-35/hour: Candidates with direct glazing experience and/or 3-5+ years construction experience

Starting pay will be based on the candidate’s experience and demonstrated ability to meet the demands of the role
