The Community School Coordinator (CSC) at PrismHR Hire will support Ceeds of Peace’s community school strategy by coordinating partners, enhancing trauma-informed practices, and delivering wrap-around services for students and families at Mākaha Elementary.
Based in Makaha, the CSC works with the principal to align programs, develop the implementation plan, and build sustainable partnerships to improve student outcomes and community well-being.
