• Work safely in a drug‑free environment and submit to post‑offer and random drug/alcohol screening.
• Work an irregular schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Timely and regular attendance is essential.
• Willingness to cross‑train.
• Must be willing to travel to different work sites.
• Experience operating a CAT 226 skid steer.
• Assist crusher operator with pre‑ and post‑inspections.
• Perform manual labor, such as shoveling, changing screens and belts, and assisting with crusher maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Self‑motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and act courteously and respectfully toward others.
• Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather and a noisy, dusty environment.
• Work safely in a busy environment with moving machinery.
• Always work safely and take action to prevent unsafe actions or behaviors.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good reading and writing skills.
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Mechanical experience and repair of heavy equipment.
• Operation of heavy equipment, specifically a front‑end loader.
• MSHA certification.
• Knowledge of aggregates, aggregate production, and crushing equipment.
