• Meets and greets all customers entering Casino in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
• Responsible for customer check-in, answer customer questions, and advise and refer customers appropriately.
• Maintain knowledge of all casino promotions and gaming/non-gaming events.
• Handle high call volumes and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Required to assist with tournament registration, cash handling and ticket sales.
• Assist with updating customer personal information into the system as needed.
• Will work interchangeably at the welcome desk and tournament registration desk.

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
• Clear fingerprinting/background check.
