Purchasing Specialist

We are a fast-growing eCommerce company offering a wide range of fashion, lifestyle, and consumer products to customers across the region. As we continue to expand our portfolio and supplier network, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products that meet our quality standards and align with business goals. You will work closely with category managers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely product availability for our online store.

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Create and process purchase orders in alignment with stock requirements and sales forecasts.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for replenishment.
• Maintain and update supplier databases, price lists, and purchasing documentation.
• Track and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
• Collaborate with finance to ensure timely payment and accurate reconciliation of purchase records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the eCommerce or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP or Odoo is an advantage).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Be a key driver of company-wide strategy execution.
