St Philip's Care is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join a close-knit team in our care home. You will support the Manager in daily operations and provide person-centred care to residents, upholding dignity and independence.
You will lead a team of care workers, participate in care planning, medication administration, and in-service training. NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it is preferred.
