St Philip's Care is seeking a Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day running of a busy residential care home. Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you will perform maintenance across the building, services, and grounds to keep the home safe, efficient, and functional.
The role requires a flexible approach, ability to prioritise workload, and a solid DIY skill set including decoration. You will work with outside agencies, understand heating systems, and maintain inspection records.
